An efficient and safe machine, able to learn and make decisions to save raw materials and energy. Towards the 21st-century machine.
The MAK21 project aims to develop a research strategy to give the industrial equipment of the future intelligence, autonomy and resilience by incorporating digital technologies that increase human-machine synergies, in order to reduce the consumption of raw materials and energy and make manufacturing processes more efficient, increasing productivity, shortening set-up times and reducing defects.
The project is part of the MISIONES programme of the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and is made possible by the European funds allocated to the national Recovery and Resilience Facility.
