CIPCAP is a complete solution that programs your robots in a few clicks. Originally designed to work with ABB robots, the app can be adapted to any major robot manufacturer: Fanuc, KUKA and others.
By loading a .dxf file, we tell the app the shape of the parts, their position and the number of columns and rows. Anyone can easily choose the right position on the pallet and the number of parts per column. After validation, CIPCAP creates the right program, which is stored in the robot. As easy as that, in less than 2 minutes.
ASAI can also design and manufacture the most suitable gripper to handle your parts. If you need an adjustable gripper or several grippers, CIPCAP will tell you how to adjust it or which one is ideal for the current part.
CIPCAP is delivered running on an industrial PC with a perpetual licence. An installation fee may apply.
