This week we had the privilege of training a large group of our technicians and engineers for 2 days with one of the country's leading experts in machine safety. Pablo Fernández is not only an internationally recognised consultant and trainer but, through his company Solidsafe, he is also the mind behind RASWin, one of the best tools available for assessing the risks inherent to any machine or group of machines.
Asai has worked with Solidsafe for more than 10 years to ensure compliance with the Machinery Directives 2006/42/EC and 2009/104/EC, as well as the various standards applicable to risk assessment, ISO 12100 and others.
Ensuring operator safety is our top priority in every project we undertake and, without doubt, one of our hallmarks.
The training continues with two more days, this time online, to review concepts and discover the new features added to the latest version of RASWin.
It is undoubtedly a significant effort, but essential to guarantee top-level performance.
